Payment Confirmation

Product prices EXCLUDE sales taxes and shipping fees, this is collected upon checkout.
Once order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. Be sure to enter the correct information.
Once payment is verified and received, order will begin to be fulfilled. This could effect shipping time.
If an issue with payment occurs, an email will be sent with details of product items.
If payment issue isn’t resolved within 24 hours of receiving email, items will become unavailable. The option to reorder is available, which may cause items to be pushed back.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Process

In Stock orders are fulfilled according to order number, if by any chance your order cannot be fulfilled, an email OUT OF STOCK error will be sent out with details.
Any questions of status of order please email RawAddixtionOrders@gmail.com.
A tracking confirmation number will be sent once order(s) is shipped.
Shipping can vary. Our apparel can take 6-10 days. On hand product shipping is 3-7 days.
Each order receives a special gift on our company’s behalf.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges & Credit

Under NO circumstances will a refund be issued if …
A.) product received B.) product used C.) product discrepancy form isn’t filled out within 24 hours after receiving it. D.) services received or payment paid
If an item needs to be RETURNED please send an email to RawAddixtionError@gmail.com. Subject Line: RETURN Body: Details of desired solution. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response and solution.
Once the company receives returned item(s), a refund will be issued for FULL product order Excluding taxes and shipping fees. Please allow 2-7 business days for payment to show in account.

If store credit is given, an email will be sent with details.
